Adding projects & tasks | Installation and Configuration Issues | Forum

I can add projects via the back end of Wp but can't add tasks, how do you add tasks in the back end? Also, how do you assign tasks to more thn one person or can you only assign a total project to more than one person? For example, I need all team members to BETA test multiple sites, how can i assign that task to ALL team members.
